Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Gamma Agency ("Gamma", "we") collects through itisgamma.com and when you contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We follow Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).

Who we are

Gamma Agency is a creative agency based in Muscat, Oman. For anything about your data, email info@itisgamma.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive your name, phone number or email address and whatever you send us. We use it to reply and to talk about your project. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. With your permission we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used: pages viewed, clicks on our contact buttons, rough location (country and city), device and browser type, and the site that sent you. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Nothing is collected this way until you press Allow, and we don't use it for advertising.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

We don't sell your information, and we don't ask for more than we need.

Where your data goes

Google, Cloudflare and Meta store data on servers outside Oman. Allowing analytics means you agree to that data being sent abroad. When you contact us, your messages stay in our WhatsApp, phone and email accounts.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted by Google. Messages and contact details are kept while we're talking or working with you, and for as long as the law requires afterwards for our business records.

Cookies and storage

• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies, set only if you allow analytics. They last up to two years.
• g-consent: remembers your analytics choice, kept in your browser's local storage.
• Two small session values that stop the opening animation from replaying. They're cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Email info@itisgamma.com and we'll reply. If you're not happy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
